Returns & Refunds

We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. That's why we offer a hassle-free return policy for eligible products.

 

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after 14 days.

 

Eligible Products for Return

Unused and Unopened: Products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging and in the same condition you received them.

Exchangeable/Refundable Marking: Only products clearly marked "Exchangeable/Refundable" on the product page or receipt are eligible for return. This excludes certain categories like:

Gift cards

Downloadable products (e.g., e-books)

Health and personal care items (due to hygiene concerns)

Manufacturer Defects: Items with manufacturing defects will be accepted for return or exchange regardless of the "Exchangeable/Refundable" marking.

Initiating a Return

 

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

 

Contact Us: Reach out to us within the 14-day window at webstore.erp@vedicaroma.in.

Return Request Approval: We will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions. Please do not return items without an RMA number.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance for your own protection.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3-5 business days), we will send you an email notification of approval or rejection.

Approved Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Deductions: Refunds might be subject to deductions for items not returned in their original condition, missing parts, or those returned outside the return window.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

 

If you haven't received your refund after the expected timeframe, please follow these steps: 

Check your bank statement or credit card company for any processing delays.

Contact your bank or credit card company to inquire about the refund status.

Exchanges (if applicable)

 

We currently only offer exchanges for products with manufacturing defects. If your product has a defect, please follow the return initiation steps mentioned above.

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at purchase, the recipient will receive a gift certificate for the value of the returned item. If the item wasn't marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Additional Notes

 We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping.

Shipping costs for returned items are non-refundable.

We recommend you review your local consumer protection laws for additional information on your rights as a customer.

 

Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to modify this return policy at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the revised policy on our website.
